A. Yes, for new patients. A nurse will ask you to provide a urine specimen at your appointment.

Q. Should I bring a current medication list to my appointments?
A. Yes.

Q. Do you accept pediatric patients?
A. We offer comprehensive care for adult patients, however, in certain special circumstances we have accepted 16- and 17-year-old patients. If your patient is 16 or 17 years of age and you are interested in our services, please contact one of our offices about your situation.

Q. What do I do if I must cancel my appointment?
A. Call our office during business hours and provide at least a 24-hour notice.
